The founder

A clinical nurse passionate about primary care, care for the elderly and health research, Christèle Deudjui has worked in emergencies, the clinical decision unit, accommodation, neurology and neurosurgery for the CIUSSS MCQ and at the short-term geriatric hospitalization unit at the CHUL de Québec. She has several years of experience in assisting people with loss of autonomy because having been a beneficiary attendant in the public and private sectors. She also holds a Bachelor of Education since 2006, so needs assessment, active listening and counseling to people of all ages are some of her greatest assets. Her great empathy for patients, her strong sensitivity to the well-being of others will lead her to found the company "Mon Infirmière Maison" to allow her customers to be in control of their care. It pursues its quest for knowledge and know-how through specialized training in Quebec City in order to always better meet the needs of its customers.
